  • FREE local pickup is available in Waxhaw, NC (Choose the pick-up option at checkout.)

Returns: 

  • EXCHANGES can be made within 5 days of delivery (or from the time you were notified it was ready for pick-up) with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition for store credit.

  • Buyer is responsible for both shipping the exchange item back and new item out unless returning due to defective item. The item(s) must be on its way back to JWTD within 3 days after completing the return form.

  • Store credit is good on any item(s) currently have in stock, not PreOrders.  

  • SALE ITEMS, UNDERGARMENTS, JEWELRY, FOOD/DRINK ITEMS, BOUTIQUE BOXES, & SPECIAL ORDER/PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

  • STOREHOUSE FLATS PRE-ORDERS: SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY, AS FOLLOWS:
    • The shoes have not been worn outside and they don't show any signs of wear when they are returned.
    • The shoes are put back in the mail within 3 days of the customer receiving them. 
    • There is a small window after I receive my order during which I can request a new size be sent to a customer for an exchange, so I need the unwanted pair returned quickly. There is no guarantee that they will have every color in every size, but I will do my very best to get what you need. If it is not available, we can talk about swapping colors for the size you need.
    • The customer pays for shipping back to me and for the new shoes to be sent to them.

Here's some good information to know if the item title or description says it's a Pre-Order.

Pre-Orders are items that are not in my posession at the time you place your order.

* If you mix in stock items with pre-ordered items when you check out, your in stock items will not ship until all of your pre-orders are here. You may choose to have them ship separately by contacting me and paying for the additional shipping costs.

* Pre-Order listings should have the ETA of the item. The date is always the best info I have. It is not a guaranteed date. If I ever get any updated information with a date change, I will update the listing.

* Pre-Orders are final sale unless defective.
